Research
-
Forecasting Lahore's air quality
Tested whether wind-trajectory, weather and fire data improve weekly PM2.5 forecasts for Lahore, using over five years of hourly monitor data. The model beat persistence and seasonal baselines, but not reliably a simpler model built on PM2.5 history alone. Paper in preparation.
-
Mangrove-inspired water filtration
Comparing a mangrove-inspired synthetic membrane with a commercial control on flux, rejection, fouling and energy use. In progress.
